They also stated " In order to become a member of the California Traffic Net, you must check in at least six times in a thirty day period to be added to the roll. Check into the net at least six times in a calendar month to remain on the roll. Those wishing to become members are called upon each night at the end of roll call. Visitors to the California Traffic Net are always welcomed, and may check in at the end of roll call." The meta header had california traffic net as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by 3906 khz, amateur radio traffic, and nts which isn't as important as california traffic net. The other words the site used was radiogram. arrl is also included but will not be seen by search crawlers.
